Though trained in ancient traditions, I am a believer in Integrative Medicine: the practice of medicine that integrates Western or Allopathic Medicine with the knowledge of Holistic Medicinal and Healing practices. It’s the best of all worlds: when pharmaceuticals are the best option, we do pharmaceuticals. When lifestyle adjustments and/or naturopathic interventions produce the best results, then we use these options. And there are times when both sides can work together synergistically. Why not treat yourself to the best?

But, if you are not fortunate enough to have access to Integrative Care, then you can provide it for yourself via your PCP and a holistic consultant /coach or Naturopathic Doctor (ND). Your primary care can provide the pharmaceuticals, and your holistic specialist can give you the tea on supplements. You can share information back-and-forth for necessary coordination-of-care, as per best practices. Take control, sis/cis!

That said – nothing from here down should be taken as medical advice. I strongly recommend that you consult your physician and naturopathic specialist or Integrative Doctor before attempting these protocols. These are to be regarded as one well-researched holistic wellness coach’s opinions on the best-practices for the titular conditions based on the latest scientific studies relevant to the integrative perspective. Nothing more, and nothing less.

I will begin with general suggestions that apply to any or all who suffer with one or more of the titular conditions. Then I will move into symptom-specific recommendations. “Order of Priority” is my aim – subject to change based on further/ongoing research. Future versions of this article with corrections may circulate.

Priority 1: Heavy Metal Detoxification

It now appears that those who suffer the worst COVID/spike-protein symptoms are those with the most heavy-metal toxicity in their systems. Many simply have not adopted detoxification procedures into their self-care regimen, or many may live in under-served environments, known to have greater exposure to industrial by-products. Cellular ruptures and mutations at the root of these symptoms are believed to be caused by the spike protein and mRNA technology, and appear to be exacerbated and accelerated by heavy metal toxicity. To “flatten the curve” of your own symptoms, you must start by aggressively removing the heavy metal toxicity from your body.

There are three supplements that I consider the most promising for this aspect of your healing. I would literally order these first – as in right now. Get you some Vitamin D3 (5,000-15,000 IUs), some N-Acetylcysteine (600mg), and some Glutathione (500mg). ASAP!!! I would start by following the instructions on the bottle for each of these, but keep in contact with your Integrative Specialist or your Naturopathic/Holistic Specialist for recommendations that are specific to you.

To offer a personal anecdote, I use 4 gelcaps of Vitamin D3 (5,000 IUs) when I come into contact with those who have active symptoms. My daily maintenance dose is 1 gelcap per day currently. As a healthy, light-complected woman of mixed heritage who loves the outdoors, my skin naturally produces ample Vitamin D during the warmer months. Were it not for this pandemic, I would not be taking any Vitamin D supplementation right now. My regular maintenance Winter dose is 1 gelcap every other day. So, I have doubled my maintenance dose and 8-tupled my symptomatic/exposure dose. Please get personalized medical advice here. Some genetic lineages are more prone to cytokine storms than others, for example.

As a second-tier or more-immediate option, you can substitute chlorella and spirulina. Both will bind to and help eliminate heavy metal toxicity in the bloodstream. You can also combine these with the above top-tier options as “reinforcement.” Generally speaking, for those who are sensitive or with many co-morbid conditions, spirulina is considered the gentler option. For those who are otherwise healthy and want to keep a steady, upbeat pace, chlorella and/or the combination of both is your sweet spot. Consult the appropriate professionals for personalized dosage recommendations.

I would embrace detoxification as a lifestyle, and integrate it into your monthly calendar. I’m a fairly healthy person, and so I would choose to detoxify at least one day per week – most likely Sundays – and one 3-day weekend per month to include the Sunday for that week. I would refer you to Anthony William, the Medical Medium (https://www.medicalmedium.com/), as he has the best heavy metal detox smoothie and protocols that are easily accessible on the market in my opinion. His most comprehensive book to date is “Cleanse to Heal,” and the most relevant protocol here is the 3:6:9 cleanse. As he publishes his Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie recipe on his blog, I feel comfortable relaying it here:

--------------------------------

Ingredients:

2 cups of frozen wild blueberries

1 cup cilantro

1 tsp spirulina

1 tsp barley grass juice powder

1 tbsp Atlantic dulse

2 bananas

1 orange

1 cup water (optional)

Directions:

Combine the bananas, blueberries, cilantro, barley grass juice powder, spirulina, and dulse with the juice of one orange in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add up to 1 cup of water if a thinner consistency is desired. Serve and enjoy!

--------------------------------

The Master Cleanse is another good option – provided you continue to take at least one of the above-mentioned supplements (preferably all 5) throughout the cleanse. Any detox program should work provided you are not being told to mix certain macronutrients—name proteins, fats, and simple carbohydrates—into the protocols. These foods will slow and impede the elimination of heavy metals. Raw complex carbohydrates, typically in juiced or smoothie form, are the staples of detoxification. Fruits and vegetables.

If you are diabetic or have other issues that prevent or greatly restrict fasting, consider lighter options in consultation with your physician, such as an 8-hour or 4-hour fast at the top of the day. You may eat one of Medical Medium’s detox smoothies for sustenance and to prevent blood sugar-related issues. Always consult with your doctor when detoxing, even if you do not have such a diagnosis.

Gerson juicing protocols – often recommended for cancer patients – are strongly indicated for good results here. To give you a break from the monotony of heavy metal-specific protocols. Coffee enemas are part of Gerson methodology – so have fun with that! ;)

General/daily dietary recommendations:

(1) The more raw cilantro the better.

(2) The more fish the better (best animal protein source for detoxification). Farmed fish are less likely to contain toxic heavy metals such as mercury. Plant-based proteins may be better for many.

(3) At least one salad per day with nutrient-dense, dark leafy greens.

(4) Lightly steamed or braised kale. And/or raw kale smoothies.

(5) Ginger root, turmeric root – juiced, raw, steamed, lightly sauteed. I prefer juiced and to integrate with stevia-sweetened lemonade.

(6) Raw, living lemon water. All day, everyday. Can substitute limes, melons, any citrus, even berries. Cucumbers. Raw mint.

(7) No sugar, switch to stevia. Stevia is known to have anti-cancer properties, as discovered by European nutraceutical researchers.

(8) Raw garlic. It keeps vampires away.

(9) Cannabidiol staples such as CBD-infused oil (full spectrum) and/or hemp hearts.

(10) I’m a very-rare drinker myself, but alcohol is actually positively indicated for reducing heavy metal toxicity specifically related to COVID-cluster disorder symptoms. But don’t go overboard! It’s still bad for the liver!!! lol

(11) Now more than ever – make sure you know and trust where your food comes from. Support grocery co-ops, local farmers, farmer’s markets, local small-scale grocers, etc. Talk to people face-to-face about where food is coming from, farming methods used, etc.

Priority 2: Spike Protein and/or mRNA-related Cytotoxicity

Dr. Pierre Kory and Bret Weinstein have nearly broken the internet with their frank discussions of the spike protein’s potential to cause issues in various vital organ systems throughout the body. I will echo their championing of Ivermectin as a top-tier solution to address this concern. Consult your physician for personal dosage recommendations. A very quick, easy, and trustworthy option in my view are America’s Frontline Doctors (https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/treatments/). I, personally, am planning to do an Ivermectin protocol as COVID-variant prophylaxis, and to address my mild long-hauler symptoms of brain fog and short-term memory issues. I will most likely consult with America’s Frontline Doctor’s first for dosage recommendations, and then ask my Integrative Doctor to maintain it and/or titrate downward from that point forward.

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) also works as a COVID treatment and as—let’s call it COVID-cluster disorders—treatment. The recommended dose for prescription-grade HCQ for acute COVID-cluster symptoms is 200mg daily. Consult your physician, who can assist with titrating as needed. Funny enough, HCQ can be made safely at home. Here is the recipe:

--------------------------------

Ingredients:

2.5L of filtered or distilled water

5 fresh, chopped lemon rinds (not finely chopped as will need to be removed after)

3 fresh, chopped grapefruit rinds (not finely chopped as will need to be removed after)

Directions:

Bring water to a boil. Add rinds. Reduce temperature to low and let simmer for 3 hours. Remove rinds and strain liquid. Store in the refrigerator in amber bottles or well-covered glass jars.

Dosage:

Take 2 tbsp daily for prophylaxis or treatment of mild symptoms.

--------------------------------

Both Ivermectin and HCQ should be taken with a Zinc supplement for synergistic effects. One can take either 50mg of elemental Zinc or 220mg of Zinc sulfate daily.

Here are supplements that are widely believed by people I respect to assist with this aspect of the health issues experienced by individuals with the titular conditions. I have not personally seen scientific research or data to validate these recommendations as of yet, but I will let you know when/if I do and what I discover. This list is subject to future-edits and corrections:

(1) White pine needle tea, tincture, or decoction

(2) Star Anise tincture

(3) Chaga mushroom tincture, powder, or capsules

(4) Vitamin C: 2,000mg-4,000mg or until bowel-release point (super-dose)

(5) Quercetin: 500 mg (or EGCG: 400mg if Quercetin unavailable)

(6) Colloidal Silver

(7) Colloidal Gold

(8) Artemesia (aka Wormwood)

(9) L-Lysine

(10) Natural Resveratrol

(11) Zeolite

Priority 3: Symptom-Specific Protocols

These interventions are recommended for the following symptom-cases. In many instances, these may best be regarded as integrated with the “recovery” portion after the major root-cause symptoms are handled via protocols recommended in the previous 2 sections. Consult medical professionals.

(1) Thrombosis/Blood Clots/Cardiovascular issues:

– High-dose CoQ10

– Nitrous Oxide

– Aspirin: 325mg at first, may titrate down later (consult physician)

– Other blood thinners (under care of physician): Lovenox, Eliquis, Xarelto, Pradaxa

(2) Hypoxia, Lung/Respiratory issues:

– Budesonide (pharmaceutical, delivery method and dosage determined by patient need as assessed by physician)

– Increase N-Acetylcysteine and/or Glutathione

– Azithromycin/Z-Pack (for secondary bacterial infection in the lungs; physician-determined)

– Doxycycline (pharmaceutical; physician-determined)

– Prednisone (60mg daily or physician-determined)

– Dexamethasone (4mg or physician-determined)

– Oxygen therapy

– Internal-grade oregano oil

(3) Digestive issues:

– Cinchona Bark Quinine

– Psyllium Husk powder

– Ginger root: raw, juiced, powder

(4) Brain + Neurological Issues (including Brain Fog, Memory Loss, Nerve issues, Fibromyalgia):

– Gingko-Biloba

– Lithium orotate

– Gotu Kola

– Fluvoxamine (50mg twice a day for 15 days; physician-controlled)

– Melotonin (10mg before bedtime for sleep disturbance symptoms)

(5) Inflammation + Chronic Pain:

– Super-dose turmeric and/or curcumin (with black pepper)

– Black seed oil

– Aspirin: 325mg at first, may titrate down later (consult physician)

– Pepcid: 20mg or physician-determined

– Colchicine (0.6mg twice a day; physician-controlled pharmaceutical)

– Ibuprofen (200mg twice per day or physician recommendation)

– Loratadine (10 mg/day or physician recommendation)
